By partnering with other green companies, AstroTurf is continually pursuing the commitment of creating products that are better for the environment - and the athletes.
We use technologies like BioCel™, an environmentally-friendly unitary polyurethane backing system that reduces dependence on foreign oils and landfill waste while extending product durability and improving indoor and outdoor air quality.
We're extracting rubber from post consumer recycled tires to make our highly durable cryogenic rubber infill systems. And we offer products protected by TurfAide™, an antimicrobial protection technology that is free of any chemicals or heavy metals that can wash off and harm the environment.
