Daniel D. Fuhrman, CFO

Daniel D. Fuhrman has more than eighteen years of experience in strategic planning, investment banking, and new ventures. Mr. Fuhrman is Founder and President of Acquisition & Strategy Advisory Partners, LLC (ASAP), an investment banking and business strategy advisory services firm. ASAP provides business planning, merger, acquisition, and financing support services to new start-ups, early-stage and mid-stage growth companies, and corporations that desire a strategic transformation. Mr. Fuhrman is also a founder, interim CFO, and board member of The Solution Group, LLC (TSG). TSG is a start-up company that has developed innovative software tools and services for use in human resources recruiting, selection, training, and human capital management. Also, Mr. Fuhrman is a Managing Director of White Motors, LLC, an industrial private equity leveraged buyout group focused on acquiring manufacturing companies.

Prior to his existing activities, Mr. Fuhrman was Vice President of Strategic Planning at MascoTech, Inc., a $2 billion diversified industrial products company. At MascoTech, Fuhrman was responsible for corporate strategy, business-unit strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining MascoTech, Fuhrman was a Vice President at LEK Consulting, an international consulting firm headquartered in London, England. Fuhrman was the co-Managing Partner of the Boston office, and focused on business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder value consulting. Fuhrman began his consulting career at Bain & Company, a leading international management consulting and private equity investment firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Earlier in his career, Fuhrman worked at General Motors, were he held various positions at Fisher Body Division and Saturn Corporation in manufacturing and industrial engineering.

Fuhrman holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with concentrations in Corporate Strategy, Finance, and International Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, conferred With High Distinction.

Mr. Fuhrman supports a wide variety of community, cultural, and educational organizations including The Detroit Symphony Orchestra, The MIT Alumni Club of Michigan, Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, and Rhema International. Mr. Fuhrman resides with his wife in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
