In response to the Synthetic Turf Council’s decree that synthetic turf maintenance should be a part of every synthetic field owners program, AstroTurf® is proud to announce a first-of-its-kind service and maintenance initiative. The Maintain the Game™ Service Program is a three step turf grooming process offered by AstroTurf® and designed to enhance the performance and playability of your synthetic turf surface using specially designed SMG Turf Maintenance equipment exclusively.
Offered on an annual basis, the Maintain the Game™ Service Program uses the SMG Sportchamp operated by a regional network of industry recognized professionals to remove dirt and debris, lift the turf fiber, and de-compact the infill material to enhance resiliency and drainage capacity and to keep your synthetic surface in peak playing condition throughout its lifespan.

The Maintain the Game™ Service Program for AstroTurf® products is approved by AstroTurf® and provided by Sport-Install and their regional affiliates throughout the U.S. The Sport-Install regionally based technicians have vast experience in the synthetic turf industry and comprehensive factory certified training in the use of the advanced SMG grooming equipment. Add a lift of infill rubber to replace in-fill material displaced over time by climatic conditions, improper maintenance or heavy use and play.
Seam and logo repair
Seam and logo repairs can be offered while on site for the annual Maintain the Game™ Service Program with the repairs performed on a time and materials basis after onsite inspection with the field owner.
