Bryan Jones, Project Manager – Northwest/Southwest


Bryan Jones joined the AstroTurf® team in August 2009 as Project Manager for the Southwest and Northwest regions. Bryan brings over 10 years of Project Management and Operations experience to this position, with eight years spent in the athletic field construction industry. Bryan has vast knowledge of design / build construction and thorough understanding of industry practice, process, standards and their impact on projects.

As Project Manager for AstroTurf, Bryan plays a key role in the supervision, coordination, and logistics of athletic field construction, ensuring that client requirements are being met per contract provisions. His primary responsibilities include coordinating work performed by field / construcation staff; scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers; assisting third party engineers and architects with design of projects; cost estimating; ensuring that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and with state and federal policies and regulations; preparing reports pertaining to operations; administering projects budgets; ensuring quality control; and assisting Sales Team with presentations and trade shows.

Prior to joining the AstroTurf Management team, Bryan has managed high profile projects including Texas Tech University - Jones Stadium, Dan Law Field, Women's Soccer Complex; University of Texas at Austin - Darrell K. Royal Stadium, Disch Faulk Field; Texas A&M University Indoor; Rice University - Owl Stadium; University of New Mexico Indoor and other University and High School synthetic turf projects. 58 in all and over $16 million in Design Build Projects.

In addition to the aforementioned qualifications, Bryan Jones is also a Certified Heavy Machinery Operator and holds a Journeyman Plumbing License; OSHA Certification; TNRCC LP Gas Certification; TNRCC OSSF Installer Apprentice Certification; and TNRCC Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification. Bryan attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and Odessa College in Odessa, TX. He currently resides in Bedford, Texas.
